Although I have successfully managed to transcode a VOB file to a system stream I am unable to transcode the file straight to separate video and audio streams. If I turn off DVD Instant then I just get the video stream and no separate audio stream.
Is it possible to transcode to separate streams? If so, how?

Maybe, if you use another languageadress. Try an another language (1) and transcode.
For a few month, i had the problem that i didn't get the sound. i had change the sound and so i can hear it now.

I am getting sound in the transcoded VOB file if I use the DVD ' Instant' setting, i.e. video and sound in one stream. However, if I create a profile for a separate WAV sound, then I only get the video. This isn't reaaly a problem as I can demux the stream if need be.
You can probably tell that I haven' t had the vmagic very long. I am just starting to learn which is really difficult as there is only German documentation. and I haven't any idea what some of the settings do. |
