Wir spielen mit dem Gedanken umzuziehen da uns unsere Wohnung etwas zu wenig "lichtdurchflutet" erscheint .......

Dann stiess ich Sonntag auf ein verlockendes Angebot (150 qm Neubauwohnung in bester Lager Kölns, direkt am Rheinauhafen, mit Hausmeisterservice, Garage, wenn gewünscht Supermöblierung für 800 Euronen Warmmiete, lol kostet dort mindestens 15 Euronen kalt/qm .....) und bat über Immo...... (standardisiertes Anfrageformat) um nähere Informationen über das Objekt ...... und erhielt folgende Antwort (Link zu Wohnungsbeschreibung inclusive) ....

The apartment is fully furnished as in the pictures, if needed, i am renting it unfurnished as well, but the price is the same as furnished, all the utilities are included in the rent (water, garbage, electricity, heat..etc). There is washer/dryer in the apartment, A/C, dishwasher, parking, close to transportation and everything else,the neighbourhood is very safe, very quiet. Pets are allowed. I am renting the entire apartment not just one room or something and the price per month, for the entire apartment, is EUR800. I own the apartment, i decorated myself, i am an interior designer, i have several apartments in Europe: UK-London, in France-Paris and Belgium. In Germany i own the apartment you are interested in.

Jast a few more info. I am asking for the 1st month's rent, 2nd month's rent payment plus security deposit, it's EUR2400 in total.
Has 3 rooms/2 bathrooms, 150m2, 2nd floor, elevator, washer/dryer in unit, A/C, dishwasher, parking--1 garage included in the rent, safe neighborhood, nice neighbors, very quiet, no noise, close to transportation and everything else. It's fully furnished, but i can rent it unfurnished also, same price if unfurnished, will use a moving company. As i said pets are allowed. Building has maintenance-included in the rent. The lenght of the lease is flexible: long/short term. I have to tell you that i am in London, UK, i am here with a job contract for 5 years, i am in my first year now, i come to Germany every 6 months for 3 or 4 days and if you rent the apartment i will stay to a hotel. If you want to see the apartment i would need your address where the keys to be fedex-overnight to you, we will talk about the payment process for the EUR2400 and about the other details, but, first, if there is somethig else that you want to know please feel free to ask.

Stinkt erbärmlich nach Betrug - habe den Verdacht, im Internetz kreulen nur noch 98.5% Betrüger herum.

Fernsehwerbung macht es vor: das sind 100% Betrug.

Also für 800 € pro Monat sollte die Decke doch halten.
Um Einsturzhäuser kümmert sich doch diese unsympathische dicke blonde selbsternannte Baufachfrau in RTL.

Hab davon (von dieser Methode) bei einem Bekannten erzählt - der im Internetz ein AUTO sucht.

Gleiche Vorgehensweise .... drei "verschiedene" Fälle. Tolles Auto, fast neu, erstaunlich günstig.
"Vermittler" ist "Geschäftsmann" in Irland/London/London, der Vorbesitzer (guter Freund) ist kurz nach Kauf

1) bei einem Motorradunfall
2) bei einem Motorbootunfall
3) beim Tauchen

"ums Leben gekommen" (seeeeehr fantasievoll! - weiterer Vorschlag: Paragleiten, noch besser: Jagdunfall)

Das Auto kann in Deutschland besichtigt werden, Standort wird nach Zahlung einer "Vorgebühr" bekannt gegeben.
