Bug Fixes
- Could not treat AVI files whose dwStart is not equal to zero.
- Timecode setting in template is not properly reflected.
- When MPEG-1 is selected, half resolution was not done properly.
- Wave file from Type-1 DV AVI could not properly be created if in point > 0.
- 2-pass CBR stream output by Premiere plug-in was actualy VBR.
- The first 1 frame of audio output from Premiere plug-in was missing.
- Fixed other minor bugs.
